VIVACELL opens new point of sale in Konyo konyo

If you are from Konyokonyo and the areas around, you do not have to travel long distances seeking vivacell customer services from the headquarters.
All you need is to just visit the new vivacell point of sale which was officially opened in Konyokonyo opposite the mosque recently.
KonyoKonyo point of sale will offer services such as selling airtime, handsets, handling customer complaints, simcard registration, simcard replacements and internet settings.
“The service centre does not only sell our products and handsets but is also a place to get information about all new product and services we are going to launch in the near future” revealed Mr, Michael Andersen Vivacell’s commercial director.
“We have always tried to be close to our customers because only by being close to our subscribers, we understand their needs and aspirations” he added.
Konyokonyo is a busy part of Juba with a lot of business activities and social life and therefore the new point of sale according to Andersen will support many clients in the area.
The entire top management of vicacell Joseph Saade the managing director, Vishant Dahake, the marketing & communications manager, FouadZein, Human Resource Consultant, were present to bless the opening the new service centre.
The undersecretary ministry of Telecommunications and Postal services Mr. Juma Stephen Luga officially launched the new point of sale.
In his remarks, Luga was pleased that vivacell is near the people.
“Konyokonyo is a very populated area and they have chosen a good area where there are people to serve” he said.
Vivacell has other points of sale in Jebel, Juba Market, Buluk and all over the 10 states of South Sudan.
